Coaches,

In order for a competitive team (U10 and up) to qualify for post season the team must reach 50 volunteer points by the end of the regular season. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The only way to earn points is as follows:

• Referee'g competitive games – 5 points per game
• Morning game day set-up (7am), goals, trash cans, etc - 5 points
• Afternoon game day take down, including picking up trash & trash cans. (4pm-5pm) – 5 points
• Painting lines on the fields (Fridays 5pm) – 5 points

I will personally tally up the points each week and will periodically update via email. E-mail me (do not copy everyone please) your team’s volunteer duties for the past weekend. Some teams already have tallied up points.

Remind your parents to pick up their trash and to maintain a positive atmosphere for their children. We had an incident on the U8 field last week where parents used profanity during and after the game. This will not be tolerated.
