Matrix SB Teams Advance in State Cup

The BU11 Matrix team opened play in State Cup with a 5-0 win in their first match, and finished 2-1 in bracket play to advance to the next round. The GU12 Matrix team (photo below) won 3-1 in their first match, and won their next two matches as well to claim first in their bracket. The girls also advanced to the knockout stage in the next round. Good luck to both South Bay teams next weekend Feb. 1-2. Go South Bay!
